If you’re having issues with your sewing machine, embroidery machine, quilting machine, or serger, we can help. It’s also wise to keep your machines well maintained and have a standard cleaning and oiling, we are here for you.
Please call with any questions or bring your machine in and have our certified technician take care of your machine. We have an on-site certified technician for Bernina and Handi Quilter machines. We have a quick turnaround!

If you are bringing a machine in please remember your:
- Power cord
- Foot controller (if needed to run the machine)
- Bobbin Case with a bobbin
- General presser foot (for sewing)
- Embroidery Unit, bobbin case for embroidery (if needed), embroidery presser foot, and one hoop (if embroidery)
- If you have multiple needle plates, please include the zig-zag plate.
- If sending someone that is not the main user, we will need the main user’s contact information (full name, phone, address) as well as a description of the issue.
